In 2014, when the Affordable Care Act went into effect, Clarke & Company Benefits saw a demand to help this population navigate through the new law. With over 20 years in the employee benefits industry, Clarke & Company Benefits viewed the individual mandate and small group market as an opportunity to build Simplesurance.
